Ordering is as simple as sending me a text or email.

Once I receive your request, I will confirm details with you and send you an invoice.

***In order to secure your pick-up/ delivery date 50% of the invoice price will need to be paid. This is non-refundable. ***

The remaining invoice balance must be paid 7 days prior to your pick-up/ delivery date. Thank you for your understanding!

I prefer having 4-6 weeks’ notice for custom cakes but can accommodate less notice if I have availability. If you need a last- minute order please check out my signature options!

You can hold a future spot at any time with a $50 deposit.

Please call or text me as soon as possible to allow me to accommodate your request as best as possible!

Deposits are non-refundable because supplies and preparation time are reserved for your order.

Please note that Cakes by Janaye is unable to accommodate for allergy specific orders. That being said, all baked goods are prepared in a home kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Once a cake has been picked up or delivered, Cakes by Janaye is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, handling, or storage.
